Pull List Service

Our pull list service allows customers to reserve monthly comic book titles. By enrolling in the pull list program, you agree to:

• Pick up your reserved titles within 14 days of their release date
• Notify us at least 7 days in advance if you wish to cancel or modify your pull list
• Accept that titles on your pull list are non-refundable once pulled and held for you
• Maintain a minimum of three ongoing titles on your pull list

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to applicable state and local sales tax. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash for in-store purchases. Online transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of undamaged merchandise within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Comic books and graphic novels must be in their original condition. Opened or damaged items may not be eligible for a full refund. Pull list items are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property
